Plickers

 

Now I would like to talk about Plickers. It is a tech resource to check the understanding and assess the kids while they are playing!

I discover this method in my internship, and it is perfect to assess the students with a game instead of an exam. You guarantee that the students are participating by using the plickers cards and you can see which students need more practice or help. 

But, how they play? The students will work as a whole group, and they have to answer a quiz by using the cards. When they know the answer (A,B,C,D) they raise up their hand with the card in the correct position in which is the letter. Meanwhile, the teacher with the tablet can see the pupils who got it right and the pupils who got it wrong.
